Law Review… REJECTED
- I got my rejection letter from the good ol’ OCU Law Review yesterday. No great surprise there (see my post on June 22, 2003 about it) but it still sucks.
Oh well, at least now I can have all of the glory associated with publishing it online here at JMBzine.com. So for your reading pleasure (most likely for comedic value I concede) here is: COMMENT: Sahar Ouda v. Immigration and Naturalization Service: The shifting of the burden of proof on asylum claims based on past persecution is preserved . . . but for how long? For any judges out there who want to cite this, I’ll post the proper bluebook cite to this later. (sarcasm fully intended)
