The weather has been more better than words can describe these last two days. Deliciously cool but dry with the sun shining through the glorious gold and amber and screaming reds of the falling leaves. Today in particular, I was captured by the beauty of it all. There are several magnificent elm trees (I think they’re elms?) in front of the Gold Start Building (OCU Law Library) that are exploding in a rioteous cascade of falling bright yellow leaves. I was standing underkneath them as the brisk wind whipped the leaves off the trees and they fluttered and spun their way to the ground. And then on top of it all the sun was shining through the leaves creating a golden brilliance against the deep blue sky.
